There were some days when he really just felt like shit.

He would hardly eat, hardly drink unless he was about to collapse, and even then James was hesitant. On those days, he didn’t deserve those things. On those days, he was a failure, not only a bad boyfriend but also unattractive, and unfit. He poked his stomach at the thought, noticing the soft, pudgy thing like it was diseased. Useless, that was what he was. Michael was out there somewhere, celebrating after a wrap or drinking with a few of his costars. He deserved that. Michael was a good man. But James was absolute scum.
